Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your beach essentials! If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns.
1. Returns
• Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery
• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
• Sale items are final and cannot be returned
2. Refunds
• Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you by email
• Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
• Shipping costs are non-refundable
3. Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. You may return an item and place a new order.
4. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, email or WhatsApp us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.
